Wetland Delineation & Permitting
As a wetland consultant, ACER assists clients with interpreting and fulfilling the requirements of Section 404 of the Federal Clean Water Act and the NJDEP, Land Use Regulation Program, Freshwater Wetlands Protection Act, NJAC 7:7A. This includes wetland delineation, wetland permitting, mitigation design, and construction oversight and monitoring. ACER has developed strong working relationships with regulatory personnel at the state level and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
